Refund & Cancellation Policy – INTROS CARE
1. Medicines
• Refunds accepted only for unopened, undamaged products with original packaging, returned within 5 days
• Cold-chain medicines, injections, and prescriptions are non-returnable unless damaged or expired at the time of delivery
2. Lab Tests
• Full refund if cancelled before sample collection
• No refund once sample is collected or testing has started
3. Doctor Appointments
• Cancellation before confirmed appointment: ✅ Full refund
• No-show or last-minute cancellation (within 2 hours): ❌ No refund
4. Refund Process
• Refunds are initiated within 2 working days and processed via the original payment method (UPI, cash, bank transfer)
